The Carlo Siffredi Farm is located in Lucinasco, in the province of Imperia, in the heart of western Liguria and extends from this small village to Poggi. The land, which extends over fifty hectares, is populated by 15,000 olive trees distributed throughout the Riviera dei Fiori area. This family farm for more than thirty years has been personally managed by Carlo Siffredi, heir to the centuries-old traditions of olive cultivation and processing of olives, who has always been involved in the care and expansion of olive groves.

At the heart of this entrepreneurial project, in fact, is the recovery of forgotten olive groves, in the impervious territories of the Impero and Prino valleys, considered the guardians of an even more pure and precious fruit: the terraces. The narrow paths and roads that are difficult to pass have led to the abandonment of numerous olive groves over the years, but preserving these territories and their fruits is a prerogative of the Carlo Siffredi Agricultural Company, whose founding values are tradition and the territory, understood in its essence.
Of the fifty hectares currently cultivated, at least thirty-five have been recovered and considered suitable for the production of fine oil. The Carlo Siffredi Farm produces only the fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Riviera Ligure - Riviera dei Fiori. Parallel to the recovery of ancient abandoned olive groves, Carlo Siffredi is committed to carrying on the centuries-old traditions that forge the character of this place.

For this reason, in the last fifteen years, on the basis of a company choice aimed at the care and maintenance of traditional farming practices, 20,000 square meters of dry stone wall have been restored, an element that characterizes the Ligurian rural landscape and defines its identity.
