The Carlo Siffredi Farm is located in Lucinasco, in the province of Imperia, in the heart of western Liguria and extends from this small village to Poggi. The land, which extends over fifty hectares, is populated by 15,000 olive trees distributed throughout the Riviera dei Fiori area. This family farm for more than thirty years has been personally managed by Carlo Siffredi, heir to the centuries-old traditions of olive cultivation and processing of olives, who has always been involved in the care and expansion of olive groves.
At the heart of this entrepreneurial project, in fact, is the recovery of forgotten olive groves, in the impervious territories of the Impero and Prino valleys, considered the guardians of an even more pure and precious fruit: the terraces. The narrow paths and roads that are difficult to pass have led to the abandonment of numerous olive groves over the years, but preserving these territories and their fruits is a prerogative of the Carlo Siffredi Agricultural Company, whose founding values are tradition and the territory, understood in its essence.
