Creations in hand-worked blown glass. Distinctive elements include chromatic contrasts and the bold graphic use of hot glass fusion. In the upper part, the Venetian incalmo technique is used to create bonds between different multicoloured (orange, amethyst and mole crystal) glass piping when still at high temperatures. This creates a transparent and vivacious crown above, in contrast with the black opal monochromatic lower part. It was designed by Fulvio Bianconi, exclusive for Bottega Treccani in limited edition of 250 copies.
