The Master allows you to develop specific legal and tax skills for use in the art market, related to the collection and circulation of works of art, contracts and the relevant tax legislation. Starting from a mapping of the current scenario and all the stakeholders involved, the Master analyses the regulatory sources, tax aspects, risks and business opportunities for the players in the arts sector

The Master is accredited by the Council of the Rome Bar Association. It is possible to obtain ordinary educational credits for each module by participating in the lessons in presence: 18 credits for module I and II, 9 credits for module III and IV (all available individually).

The Master in is mainly aimed at Art Dealers, Lawyers, Collectors of works of art, Art Advisors, Accountants, Tax consultants, Gallerists, Private bankers, Trustees interested in analysing the dynamics of the primary and secondary art market. You can investigate legal issues related to the circulation of works and learn about contracts and the reference tax legislation.
