    Pecorino Toscano DOP matured 10 months - 2.4 kg is a product of excellence by Caseificio Busti. This cheese, produced using high-quality raw materials, is made with milk from breeding farms recognised by the Consorzio di tutela del Pecorino Toscano DOP (Consortium for the Protection of Tuscan Pecorino PDO). The production process involves special processing, after which the cheese is left to mature in the cellar for at least 10 months: this is what gives it its unique consistency as well as a combination of aromas typical of Tuscan cheese-making tradition. With its natural light-coloured rind and compact, slightly chalky texture, Pecorino Toscano DOP matured 10 months stands out for its strong milky taste. It is excellent paired with pear jam and strawberry tree honey, and can be enjoyed with Trebbiano white wine or Kolsch beer. We recommended keeping it at a temperature between 4° and 8° C.
    It has also been chosen by the Qualivita Foundation for its BuonGusto Selection, and is available online exclusively from Treccani Emporium.
