RETURN POLICY

If you have changed your mind, you can return a product within 14 days of delivery: you will need to contact us through our form or one of our support channels, you will be provided with a return form, then you will need to ship the products back within 14 days of order delivery.
Returned products must not have been altered in any way.
Returned products must have all their original labels and must have their original, undamaged packaging, including the original box or envelope.

Important: The company is not liable for user's failures and/or carelessness in completing the return forms nor for damages attributable to the courier and/or carrier that will be chosen at the user's discretion and cost.


It is necessary to contact our Customer Service. (See "How to Request a Refund" sections for more details). If your return does not comply with our return policy, we will not be able to accept it. We will then ship the returned products back to you without making a refund.
