HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and be fully refunded.
  1. Contact our Customer Service through the CONTACT FORM or sendig an email assistenza.emporium@treccani.it;
  2. We will send you a form to place inside the package.
  3. Send your return to the following address:

REFUND AMOUNT

The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by the store. Conversely, all product shipping costs, whether by courier or postal service, are the responsibility of the customer. You will then be fully refunded the value of the returned products.

REFUND PROCEDURE

The store operates from the European Union: for this reason, all transactions, including currency, are converted to Euro following payment by the customer. For payments in currencies other than Euro, Digitouch Ecommerce Solutions still returns the amount in Euro, the currency amount is then calculated on the exchange ratio on the day the refund is made. The exchange rate risks are therefore borne by the customer.

IMPORTANT: Returned products paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer.

REFUND TIMES

Refunds will be processed at the same time your return is received and checked for integrity in our warehouse. Please note that for orders paid by Credit Card, refunds may take up to 4 weeks to show up on your statement. The refund will appear on your statement with the description  Treccani - Digitouch / Treccani or similar.
