Il Project Management Culturale
Il corso è parte integrante del Master Economia e Management delle imprese culturali che offre un percorso completo e qualificante in grado di trasmettere strumenti e competenze avanzate per operare in maniera efficace nell’organizzazione e nella gestione delle imprese del settore culturale. La partecipazione al Master consente di ricercare, comprendere e analizzare nuove modalità di valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale ponendo l’accento sulle politiche di innovazione culturale. Il Master, inoltre, fornisce competenze e abilità imprenditoriali al fine di indirizzare i partecipanti all’avvio di imprese culturali innovative.
The course is an integral part of the Master in Economics and Management of Cultural Enterprises. It offers a complete and highly qualifying path, capable of transmitting advanced tools and skills to operate effectively on the organisation and management of enterprises in the cultural sector. Participation in the Master allows you to research, understand and analyse new ways of enhancing cultural heritage, with an emphasis on cultural innovation policies. The Master also provides entrepreneurial skills and abilities in order to direct participants to start innovative cultural enterprises.
The course is part of the Master in Economics and Management of Cultural Enterprises, which is principally conceived for managers and professionals in the cultural sector interested in acquiring or deepening skills in the field of economics and cultural organisation, and in achieving distinctive skills in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
