The History

Fili Pari is a young Italian company that was established with the aim of bringing innovation to the world of textiles. The company designs fabrics and items of clothing made from a special material: Italian marble.

Fili Pari is the first company in the world to have brought marble into the textile industry with MARM\MORE®, a waterproof, resistant and windproof fabric made from marble powder.  Fine Italian stones, which have always been important in the country’s history and culture over the centuries, are turned into ground-breaking fabrics, perfectly combining tradition and innovation.

The name ‘MARMOR’ comes from the Latin word for marble, i.e. ‘marmo’ in Italian, which shows the close link between Italy and this material. It is followed by the word ‘MORE’, which indicates how marble adds value to the material as it provides an extra advantage over conventional fabrics. ‘MORE’ also stands for an entirely new way of perceiving marble, which goes from being heavy and static to being lightweight and wearable.

Love for the land means wanting to value raw materials by using the products and by-products of the Italian stone industries in accordance with circular economy principles.

Fili Pari partners with leading Italian companies that are committed to excellence and that share its values and ethical standards, so that it can create high-quality products that are made with love.  Each garment is entirely made in Italy and embodies the passion for researching materials and artisanal know-how, which are characteristic of Made in Italy products.
