In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, Treccani Emporium online store partners with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the product(s) being shipped.

The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen. The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom will be subject to customs fees for orders starting from 135 pounds.

Please note that the below are starting estimates and can raise depending on final weight of parcel.

Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.

For the products of the following brands - Treccani, Alessi, FontanaArte, Danese Milano, shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 and 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays). Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2-3 working days.

The products of all the other brands present on Treccani Emporium may require shipping times of up to 4-5 working days. Some products will be requested on demand and will require longer shipping times, indicated on the product page.

Inside the European Union
There are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.
